Barry Harrigan
Barry is a serial entrepreneur with interests and expertise across data services, demand generation, and online media. He founded multiple business units at International Data Group, and drove several successful exits including Connexus Media, sold to Ziff Davis Media, and Web Buyers Guide at ZDE, sold to Insight Partners. He co-founded MedData Group which was sold to IQvia, and co-founded both PureB2B and Demand Science, which are now combined and remain a rapidly growing and profitable business.
He is currently Chairman of Pure Incubation Ventures, where he invests along with his partner, Melissa Chang, in B2B Marketing Services, Generative AI/Robotics, Corporate Wellness/Population Health, Sports & Experience Marketing, and Healthcare Professional Marketing.
He also continues to serve as Vice Chair of the Demand Science Board of Directors, where he leverages an extensive background in data science, enterprise software, and offshore business models, allowing him to provide a unique perspective and vision in support of the company’s next level of growth.
Melissa Chang
For 15 years, Melissa has founded and operated a number of companies; her most successful is DemandScience, a leading global market intelligence platform of companies delivering a comprehensive suite of B2B solutions focusing on data, analytics, demand generation, data science and custom content publishing.
DemandScience has been growing steadily and has been featured in the Inc 5000 for the past eight consecutive years (under the name Pure Incubation and then DemandScience). It has also been voted as one of the Best Places to Work in Boston by the Boston Business Journal multiple times.
She has had the privilege and joy of working alongside her mentor, Barry Harrigan, for the past 23 years.

Jeff Fronzak
Jeff Fronzak, member of the Board of Directors, has excelled in roles across various organizations and industries. With over three decades of experience, his expertise lies in project controls management, cost control, planning, scheduling, estimating, Six Sigma and risk management and government contracting. Fronzak has managed complex projects, led teams, and played pivotal roles in significant achievements, including cost and schedule control over an annual environmental cleanup budget of $220M at Los Alamos National Laboratory as well as leadership positions at Martin Marietta, Bechtel, and Kwajalein Range Services, LLC,
managing multi-million-dollar projects with precision.
Cyndy Sandor
An entrepreneur at heart, Cyndy Sandor is the AI Marketing Catalyst and Group Publisher for Pure Incubation Ventures. With a rich history and extensive resume spanning executive roles at top tech publishers and consulting with over 25 tech startups, Cyndy’s expertise in marketing leadership, strategy, branding, product marketing, growth and impactful messaging sets her apart. Beyond her collaborations with industry titans like IDG, Nike, IBM, Intel, Microsoft, and Amazon she’s a driving force in elevating the profiles of all PIV companies, melding her enthusiasm and knowledge of AI, robotics, cybersecurity and anything B2B technology-related to push brands to new levels of success.
Rich Bibbins
As the Advisor for AI/Technology, Rich will be assisting each of the PIV units in getting the most value from AI/ML technology and initiatives, as well as cross-pollinating PIV with the in-house competencies and learnings that leverage each other’s AI best practices.
Rich has nearly twenty years of experience as a Chief Product and Technology Officer, driving early-stage SaaS and services organizations to recurring growth and successful exits. He also helped drive the hyper-growth and innovation as COO at PIV’s Demand Science company, through such initiatives as organizing our Philippine’s offshoring sites and the launch of a machine learning capability to score ABM and buyer intent across millions of prospects. Most recently he has been serving as a strategic advisor on both vendor and enterprise AI projects, such as identifying the Ideal Customer Profile for global B2C and demand generation firms.
Hanna Suarez
In her role as Creative Director, Hanna helps shape the creative and business strategy of PIV and its associated brands. Her journey began in the world of advertising and events marketing, where she honed her creative skills and passion for innovation. Over the past decade, Hanna transitioned into B2B marketing and corporate strategy as a pioneering member of DemandScience, where she drove strategic initiatives and contributed to remarkable growth.
Now, as part of the Pure Incubation Ventures team, Hanna has come full circle to her creative roots. She collaborates daily with other passionate and talented individuals, driving innovation and success for PIV and its brand portfolio.
Margot Lai
As the Director of Marketing Science Practices, Margot is responsible for overseeing all marketing science initiatives within the company.
She previously held the position of Senior Marketing Manager at DealStreetAsia, a PE/VC online media, where her primary focus was on driving growth and achieving marketing success for the company’s key business lines. Prior to her time at DealStreetAsia, she worked with Boston University and TribalVision.
She holds an M.S. in Mass Communication with specializations in Marketing Communication Research and Data Analytics from Boston University.
Julie Arnold
Social Media Director, Julie Arnold, has a rich and diverse career spanning over two decades, Julie has gained extensive experience in sales and marketing across several industries, including hospitality, wellness, and renewable energy. She understands that effective marketing paves the way for successful sales outcomes, and this philosophy has guided her strategic approach throughout her career. Transitioning seamlessly across various industries, Julie brings experience and insights to each new challenge. Over the past five years, Julie has embraced the power of social media, recognizing its ability to foster engagement and amplify brand messages. Looking forward, Julie remains enthusiastic about pioneering new strategies, building connections, and maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit that defines her career.
Mayur Mohite
Mayur Mohite is the Director of Web Experience overseeing web technologies for all of its affiliated companies. He specializes in creating engaging digital experiences and hails from India with a passion for web development and cybersecurity. With over 3 years at ColorTokens, Inc., he has seamlessly integrated creativity and cybersecurity, focusing on website design, development, and strategy, ensuring exceptional performance and security. Furthermore, he served for nearly 9 years as the Lead UX/UI designer at FeedWind, designing user-centric interfaces and innovating new feature ideas. He also contributed to Elixinol with a multilingual responsive website development and previously worked at CMMI Level 5 company, where he designed websites for healthcare applications among others. With expertise in both technology and creativity, Mayur continues to pioneer the digital frontier.
Lourdes Rances
An entrepreneur at heart and former consultant, PIV’s Admin Manager, Lourdes Rances, has 15 years of experience providing high- level assistance to entrepreneurs in the Philippines, Taiwan, and the Middle East. Lourdes offers her expertise to facilitate significant value creation by providing administrative solutions, strategy consulting, and business development. Lourdes studied business management, is a mother of two, and splits her time between residences in Manila and Tarlac Philippines.
Christina Cantor
Christina is PIV’s Senior Accountant and takes on the task of maintaining and facilitating accurate accounting records, setting-up and organizing multiple company books. She is also responsible for local reporting requirements and other admin matters. She works closely with the US General Manager for all local investments. Christina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from University of the East and has over 20 years of extensive Finance and Accounting experience in shared services and BPO companies.
Claire Mijia
As a Human Resources Generalist, Claire handles human resources-related concerns of the company. She has 8 years of experience working as an HR through her previous employment as a Recruitment Supervisor II for a retail company where her responsibilities included recruitment, training, events management, employee relations, budgeting, third-party manpower service provider management, compensation and benefits administration support, and health officer.
Carmen Gutierrez
Carmen Gutierrez currently serves as PIV’s Marketing Coordinator. She has served over the years in the hospitality and airline industries as well as church organizations where she contributed to excellence in various administration departments and passionately managed corporate and social events. Carmen now serves through an instrumental role in executive assistance & project management with the goal of steering PIV’s marketing projects and initiatives to success, while keeping a firm grasp on overarching company objectives to ensure PIV remains at the cutting edge of industry trends.
