Sales Operations Professional

We are seeking a strong self-starter with sales operations experience to support a growing and very active sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person looking for a way to make a big impact within a high-growth company.
 

Responsibilities include:

CRM Management & Sales Reporting

  • Salesforce & sales tool administration—drive more value through our current systems
  • Create data driven dashboards to support company objectives
  • Provide timely sales data to company leaders
  • Ensure report accuracy
  • Arm company leaders & sales reps with sales intel needed for decision support
  • Report on KPIs by rep & team
  • Assist with the research & administration of sales contests

Analytics

  • Assist with the project management of account analysis that is intended to drive more revenue, maximize account coverage, create account assignments/reassignments, identify new opportunities and prioritize existing accounts
  • Collect and distribute Quote to Close analysis

Training

  • Assemble training curriculum & materials for new sales hires
  • Responsible for sales operations section of new hire orientation
  • Assemble & provide access to sales skills development curriculum to continually improve the effectiveness of our sales reps

Lead Generation

  • Create seamless process for capturing, tracking and converting new leads
  • Optimize lead flow
  • Provide lead reporting

Sales Support Integration

Facilitate the integration of all of our sales support services with our sales operations. Sales support services currently include:

  • Competitive intelligence
  • Sales research and contact discovery
  • Appointment setting

Requirements

  • 2+ years sales operations experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task with ease

Account Executive

Primary Responsibility:

The Account Executive’s primary role is to generate new client revenue. This is achieved by selling Content Syndication, Lead Generation, and Database Marketing programs to technology organizations looking to shorten their sales cycles and improve the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue quotas.
  • Prospect and contact marketing decision-makers to schedule phone appointments, discover opportunities, and
    manage all stages of the sales process from identification to closure.
  • Demonstrate proficiency within a consultative sales methodology that focuses on developing a clear understanding
    of the alignment of clients’ needs to our solutions.
  • Manage customer contacts and progress through pipeline development steps within the Salesforce CRM system
    environment.
  • Forecast expected bookings and revenue based on pipeline activity
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Leadership and Business Development.
  • Be a strong team member and enjoy winning in a team environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prospect for and cultivate data sales leads for new business development
  • Establish and maintain top-level contact with key decision makers within identified accounts
  • Educate prospects about benefits of our B2B data products and solutions
  • Quickly understand customer requirements and bring appropriate team members together to create a solution for
    the customer
  • Manage all phases of the sales cycle including solution development in conjunction with delivery team, preparation
    of proposal, and contract negotiations
  • Secure revenue from new business
  • Develop client relationships, working with existing sales team, to support cross/upsell strategies
  • Accurate forecasting and documentation using salesforce.com
  • Meet/exceed revenue target
